Provision of works and services for the maintenance and development of the ECB's Environmental Management System at the ECB. The ECB envisages to award a single framework agreement with an initial duration of 36 months, with the possibility of extension for another 12 months. The total duration shall not exceed 48 months. During the term of the contract, the ECB will order the provision of works and services with a direct order.
