The following IT-services are the subject matter of the procurement procedure: - Restoring operational readiness (fault clearance) / Troubleshooting, - Maintaining operational readiness (preventive measures) - Provision of new programme versions, - Hotline services, - On-call services - Licence management for existing software products, - Data backup services, - User training sessions on Microsoft Office products and awareness training on cyber security The services are to be remunerated on a monthly fixed price per user basis according to the EVB-IT Service Contract and its annexes.
